Do you want to work out and then meditate?

Join us for a beginner friendly calisthenics workout followed by a meditation session so that you can hit your fitness goals and relax your mind after a long week at work.

Find likeminded people that will help you hit your fitness and health goals. We cannot take the place of qualified professionals, but the aim is to provide peer support to meet your goals.

The rules:

Do not explicitly comment on others plans unless asked. The aim is to be supportive.

Do your best. Everyone starts at different points. Simply be grateful and do what you can.

Have fun! Life is short. Try your best to have fun and enjoy the day despite the weather or whatever other challenges emerge.
