Hello beautiful people of Sydney!
Whether you’re a total beginner, an intermediate explorer, or a seasoned yoga and meditation yogi—these sessions are open to all.
Its activities—spanning yoga, meditation, education, social upliftment, and environmental efforts—have touched over 200 million people globally.
Offering free, beginner/intermediate friendly meditation and yoga sessions including Meditation for Peace, Meditation for Success, Isha Kriya and simple yogic practices proven by Harvard to reduce stress, bring balance, and support overall wellbeing.
No experience needed.
What to expect: calm, guided meditation and yoga sessions; simple movements; breathwork; time for questions and much more.
Who it’s for: anyone seeking inner balance, stress relief, health, and community connection.
When/where: Weekend mornings around Sydney (community spaces).
Cost: Free community sessions; occasional paid workshops may be added later.
What to bring: comfortable clothes (loose cotton if possible), water, yoga mat (if you have one).
