🌖 Are you ready to practice and learn non-dual meditation?

Life seems to rush by — thoughts chasing thoughts. Yet beneath it all, there’s a presence that never moves. This evening is a chance to rest in that stillness, already awake, already here.

In this session, you'll be introduced to non-dual meditation and guided through a meditation to experience it first-hand. You'll also have the opportunity to answer any questions you may have.

How to Arrive:
This session is hosted at Casa De Luz and it is for 7:00 p.m. Please be on time. Doors closed at 7:15. It will be hosted in the Synergy Room. The parking is ample out front Thursday evening.

When you enter, just go straight down the corridor and take your first right, and you'll find the Synergy Room. (If you have any problem whatsoever finding the Room, please ask someone who works at Casa De Luz.)

What to Expect (60 minutes):
✨ Relaxed community connection
✨ Guided nondual meditation
✨ Time for Q&A to explore practice and everyday integration

Who It’s For:
Intermediate & seasoned meditators, and anyone interested in exploring nonduality in a simple, practical way.
