3hr Breathwork, Guided Meditation, Sound Bath and Chakra Balancing Workshop

This is a special 3hr Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Bath & Chakra balancing workshop at the Quakers Meeting House.

Breathwork(pranayam) and Guided Meditation

The event will start with 15 minutes of breathwork. This will be easy and gentle breathwork/pranayam. It will be guided and start with diaphragm breathing and then alternate nostril breathing (anulom vilom).

The pranayam will lead to guided meditation starting with mindfulness of breathing, to third eye and self inquiry.

We will finish the meditation by connecting to the group energy/presence/consciousness. I may use a crystal ball to pass around the group, using it as an external focal point representing ones own presence.

There will be sometime for questions, discussion or sharing insights.

15 min break

Sound Bath & Chakra balancing meditation, mantra , sound and visualisation.

The last 90 minutes will involve a sound bath with gongs,singing bowls, drums and other instruments. The last 40 minutes of the sound bath will involve chakra rebalancing and integration.

I will be using certain sound frequencies played on a small portable speaker for each chakra, using instruments, mantra, visualisation and affirmations for each chakra. The initial sound bath will bring the energies to the crown chakra and then from the crown we will rebalance and integrate the energies to the root chakra.

What to bring

There are cushions to lie on for the sound bath at the event. However you can bring your own yoga mat, light blanket and or cushions if you wish. You cab bring a water bottle or you can use the venues facilities.
