1hr Sound / Gong Bath Meditation

Payment will now be taken in advance, as sometimes people rsvp but can't make it on the day and therefore other people miss out as the event shows full. See payment details below. You can pay via meetup and rsvp but there are extra charges. Best it the website, paypal or bacs.

This is a 1 hour sound / gong bath meditation. Instruments such as the gong, singing bowls, drums, wind chimes and stringed instruments will be played. This sound bath will be more instrumental than the second session which we work more with sound with chakra and element guided meditation.

Please bring a mat, blanket and cushions. We now are advised by the venue not to use the cushions there on the ground. You can also sit on the chair, if you don't wish to lie down.

Meetup will charge additional fees , so it may be best to pay on the website, paypal or bacs. (then i will manually add your rsvp)
