1hr Sound Bath with Chakra & Element alignment

I will be using a mix of chakra & 5 elements visualisation with sound to create a healing and transformative energetic space. We will first connect to the physical and Earth energies via the drum. We will then work through all of the chakras and elements with different instruments. I will be using different instruments to connect and align different chakras & elements. The event earlier at 1.15pm is just a sound bath only with minimal vocal guidance or chakra specific.

This event is for 1 hour . we have been advised by the venue not to use the cushions on the floor.You can bring blanket if you wish. You can also sit on the chair, if you don't wish to lie down.

Meetup will charge additional fees , so it may be best to pay on the website, paypal or bacs. (then i will manually add your rsvp)
