### 🧘 Guided Meditation: Breath to Being – Awareness & Chakra Embodiment

Duration: 1 Hour | Suitable for all levels
Join us for a transformative meditation journey that gently bridges the inner stillness of pure awareness with the embodied intelligence of the chakras.
We begin with 5 minutes of diaphragmatic breathwork, supported by subtle healing sound frequencies (e.g., 136.1 Hz) and calming flute, to open the breath-body and quiet the mind.
This leads into a phase of mindfulness of breathing, gradually moving into third eye awareness and resting in non-dual presence — the unchanging awareness behind thought, ego, and identity. This stage of meditation invites you to rest in a state of effortless presence — beyond the psychological self — reconnecting with your true nature.

From this spacious state, we guide awareness down through the chakras — from Crown to Root — grounding and embodying divine presence into the physical form. With the resonance of the frame drum, each chakra is activated and balanced.
At each energy center, we explore:

  • Affirmations to align with truth and healing
  • Visualizations to awaken clarity and intuition
  • Energetic releasing of suppressed, blocked, or overactive qualities
  • Integration of each chakra’s highest expression

We close by resting in embodied stillness, followed by space for group sharing and reflection.
