Join us for **Sound to Self Awakening** — a 60-minute guided sound healing experience designed to rebalance the **five elements** within you and awaken your deepest sense of **peace, presence, and alignment**.
This is more than a sound bath — it’s a **meditative journey into self-awareness, elemental harmony, and embodied stillness**.

## 🌀 **The Journey**

🧘‍♂️ **Minutes 0–5: Arrival & Breathwork**
We begin with **deep conscious breathing** and **mindfulness of breath** to ground into the body and open awareness.
🌍 **Earth Element – Drum**
The **frame drum** grounds your energy, activating the physical body and helping release tension into the earth.
💧 **Water Element – Ocean Drum**
The **ocean drum** supports emotional flow and energetic cleansing, soothing the nervous system and resetting the emotional body.
🔥 **Fire Element – Gong**
The **gong’s deep resonance** transforms mental activity, slowing brainwaves and awakening silent awareness — purifying thoughts and activating clarity.
🌬️ **Air Element – Wind Chimes**
Delicate tones of the **wind chimes** lift you into the subtle realms of **intuition, insight, and purity of presence** — like a return to childlike wonder and lightness.
✨ **Ether Element – Tubular Chimes & Monochord**
The **metal chimes** and **monochord** carry you into the spaciousness of **Ether**, dissolving form into **non-dual being**, unity, and still blissful presence.
🕊️ **Silence – 5 Minutes of Meditation**
We rest in silent awareness to integrate the experience — an opportunity to simply **abide as your true Self**, free from identity and thought.
🔔 **Tibetan Bowls – 5 Minutes of Embodiment**
To close, the tones of **Tibetan singing bowls** gently bring you back into the body, harmonizing your subtle and physical energy fields.
