Happy New Year! Come to our New Year New you Sound meditation on the Sat 10th Jan at 1.15pm. This will be a blend of sound with the intention to help you release limitations, discover your inner wisdom and express your unique blueprint.
Instruments such as the gong, singing bowls, drums, wind chimes and stringed instruments will be played. There will also be some guided visualisations to help you release, reconnect and discover our inner purpose.
## 🧘♀️ What to Bring
- Yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or anything for comfort
- Eye mask optional
- A few spare yoga mats are available (first come, first served)
- Chairs available if preferred
