I tailor my guided breathwork and meditation sessions to alter your state in a powerful and experiential way to leave you feeling better than you came (relief, energy, focus), to train meditative awareness skills, cultivate fearlessness, and offer practical techniques that could benefit one for a lifetime.

RSVP 1 Day In Advance:
1 -- Written Commitment: Tell me "I (your name) am attending breathwork for community peace on (date)” Take your plans seriously!

2 -- Sign the waiver online (scroll down to bottom). You only need to sign this once & do not need to sign again for repeat attendance.
3 -- $7 per person before or $10 day of event, Cash or Venmo @aware4all (#9024). Donate extra cash in person to help with basic expenses for my volunteer based organization.
Preparation:

  1. Bring: Comfort items (any items you need to increase comfort like a cushion, blanket, yoga mat, portable chair, water, warm clothes, towel, etc.
  2. Punctuality: Arrive on time, we will start promptly. I will silence my phone after I start guiding people, so contact me sooner than later if you need to.
