1: Deep breathing exercises to retrain your body in the most natural and beneficial way of breathing utilising the diaphragm and core muscles
2. Meditation techniques stabilising the mind and harmonising body, breath and awareness.
3. basic Qigong movements for healing and vitality
4. Standing Qigong practice to connect with the heaven and earth principle and communicate intention
5. Tips on spontaneous movement as a practice in bringing unconditional awareness into the body in order to facilitate the body's ability to heal and strengthen itself.
