As the season shifts and the earth comes alive again, you’re invited into a deeply grounding and energizing sound bath inspired by the living rhythms of spring.
This immersive experience draws on the energy of the forest, growth, movement, and quiet vitality, after a long season of rest. Just as nature reawakens slowly and naturally, this sound bath supports your own return to aliveness, clarity, and gentle expansion.
The evening will feature a full-immersion sound journey guided by Crissy and Jason, weaving together 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, rhythmic elements, and spring-inspired tones designed to reflect the pulse of the natural world. Soft green lighting and Reiki energy will fill the space, supporting themes of growth, balance, and renewal on both a physical and energetic level.
You’ll be guided to release stagnation, reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms, and open to the energy of growth that is now available, without rushing, forcing, or pushing. This is not about “doing more,” but about allowing life to move through you again after a season of stillness.
An oracle card draw will offer intuitive insight and reflection, helping you integrate the experience and connect personally with the energy of the night.

What to bring:
You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything that helps you feel comfortable during rest. Chairs, yoga mats, and blankets will also be available for your use.
