Hearing and chanting of sacred mantras have a profound effect on the mind, body and spirit. This meditation practice is known as mantra meditation. Sacred mantras are used in the meditation. We practice three methods of mantra meditation: Breathing meditation, japa meditation (use of beads) and kirtan (singing of mantras). Mantra meditation has been in practice since time immemorial.

A mantra is a transcendental sound, or spiritual sound. A sacred mantra, or Transcendental Sound, is about the names, descriptions and glories of the Supreme Soul. It is not made up of mundane words specific to a particular religion (or faith) or region of the world. It originates from the spiritual realm and descends to the material world via a bona fide disciplic line of spiritual masters. You cannot buy or sell a mantra; it is a gift that you receive from a bona fide spiritual master.

A sacred mantra comes with it great spiritual potencies; and when you come in contact with the Transcendental Sound vibration you get great spiritual benefits. At the end of the meditation you will feel relaxed and peaceful. Not only do you get relief from stress and anxiety, the hearing and chanting of transcendental sound helps you to understand your real identity as spirit soul and your connection with the Supreme Soul; and gradually re-awaken that spiritual love lying dormant in you.

Mantra Meditation benefits everyone, all ages and all living entities. The method is simple and can easily be applied to your daily regimen. All you need to do is practice hearing and repeating the sacred mantras. That's how simple it is! So, bring mantra meditation into your life and inner peace and spiritual happiness await you.

Since there's no physical classes, we won't be able to provide you the beads. Japa malas are available for purchase in some online stores. You can also find them in stores that sell religious paraphernalias, or in specialty boutiques. Or, you can simply listen.
