What we’re about

Everyone can imagine the bliss of a quiet mind—less achy muscle tension, better sleep, fewer late afternoon stress-soothing mindless snack attacks. But if you’re the type who feels pained trying to sit still during yoga, who has tried meditation but quickly gives up because "Ugh--I'm thinking again!", whose brain cranks out criticism and to-dos like Kramer sliding into Jerry's apartment, who feels like meditation and all of it's benefits sounds great but feels so....not you, you’re in the right place.

Sure, a massage feels amazing—until your muscles snap right back to tight by dinner. Wine helps but doesn't really feel like a long-term solution. Whatever you do to temporarily relieve that stress...muscle memory kicks in and you're back to feeling it's gripping effects before long. . Well, your brain does the same thing with stress and old thought habits. Here we practice mini massages for your mind: small, science-backed “micro-pauses” that gradually unwind the knots and replace tension with calm, self-compassion, and fresh perspective.

No cheesy feeling mantras or cross legged floor sitting required—just real talk, relatable laughs, and easy, “normal people” practices that stack up over time. Together, we’ll learn through practice to give ourselves grace and see how these daily resets add up to a genuinely new relationship with stress, food, the people you care about, and yourself! We use neuroscience combined with positive psychology and habit research to help build stress resilience and peace without it feeling like work.

Ready to see what happens when you keep massaging the brain—until calm actually sticks around? Join us and let’s kick the hamster wheel to the curb.
