Meditation can help.
Meditation is a life skill that has been sadly overlooked.
This course will teach you how to practice using the Zenways 8-week programme.
Lessons will be held over Zoom and are weekly from Sunday the 2nd of November (except the 9th which will be on Saturday the 8th).
All sessions will be recorded so that if you can't make a week there's an opportunity to catch up.
