In this program, we will analyze the meditation techniques taught by the Buddha in the Mahāsatipaṭṭhāna Sutta and Satipaṭṭhāna Saṁyutta in a simple and easy to understand manner.
We will also discuss ways to bring about the techniques into daily practice.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the program.
Will be every Tuesday 8:30pm-9:30pm.
