We will go on a creative journey in which the participants will feel and build their own installation, step by step, recognizing the innovative being that is already in them.

THE JOURNEY

We will explore deep and active listening through meditation, flow into free movement and dance, and express the unique, free and creative artist that resides within us.

Inspired by the lessons of the wizard Merlin, together we will rekindle the inner magic and go through each of the seven steps of the alchemy on the way of the wizard, recognizing what we have surpassed, where we are, what will follow:

III THE BIRTH OF THE ACHIEVER
IV THE BIRTH OF THE GIVER
V THE BIRTH OF THE SEEKER
VI THE BIRTH OF THE SEER
VII THE SPIRIT

This art and movement meditation workshop is recommended to all the people who dedicate themselves to the self development and knowledge of life, regardless of the stage they are at.

FORMAT

IN PERSON
The workshop takes place at Meditation House Porto - Quinta da Arroteia, a farm with history located on the northern border of the city of Porto (near hospital S. João), surrounded by nature, with green fields, beautiful gardens, ancient fruit trees, a pedestrian path and a lake.

MATERIALS NEEDED

Participants should bring their own materials, searching and reusing materials, avoiding to purchase on purpose:

• A2 cardboard *
• Pencils and colored pens *
• Tape, glue, scissors *
• Ribbons, fabrics, plasticine, confetti, stars, stickers, various papers
• Organic elements of nature such as leaves, stones, shells, chopsticks, flowers
• Printed photos of you throughout your life
• Other materials and objects for collage and exhibition

LANGUAGE
The workshop will be offered in english, portuguese or bilingual, depending on the participants.
