RESPONDING SKILFULLY TO CONFLICT – STRATEGIES TO SOLVE OUR DAILY PROBLEMS, (Tonight's topic - "Patience & Skillful Actions" )

Meditation and Modern Buddhism – A Path that leads to the development of true Compassion and Wisdom

One of our most destructive states of mind is anger. It can so easily arise when we encounter something we do not like or we fail to satisfy ourselves. If anger is not recognized early on, it becomes a poison that destroys our inner peace and happiness and incites us to do harmful actions that cause suffering for ourselves and others.

In this five weeks series Kelsang Kalden will introduce several of the methods Buddha taught for recognizing , reducing and finally cleansing this poison from our mind .

Join us for this five-class series. Each drop-in class includes a talk on Buddhist ideas for daily life, guided meditations and time for Q&A.

No experience is necessary . Everyone is welcome.
