Silent meditation for those who have a meditation practice so no instruction is provided. Join us every Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday from 6-8 p.m. The format is 30-minute sessions of sitting meditation, walking meditation, and sitting meditation. The evening concludes with a Dhamma talk. We normally sit on the floor with cushions, we do have chairs for those who need them..
***The temple is the place of worship. Please avoid wearing shorts three inches above the knees or sleeveless shirts.
Come and join us to discover a peacefulness in your own mind with the practice of being mindful. You are welcome to bring your friends with you.
Like all our programs, Silent Meditation is offered freely to the community, though donations are always appreciated.
