Unclutter the Heart – Moving Beyond the Past with BK Sister Sonia

Details
Our hearts often hold on to memories, regrets, and disappointments that weigh us down and cloud our ability to live fully in the present. This session invites you to gently release the burdens of the past and make space for clarity, compassion, and joy. Through reflective practices, guided meditation, and uplifting discussion, you’ll discover how to transform painful experiences into steppingstones for growth.
Join us as we learn practical ways to free the heart from old attachments, cultivate positive thinking, and embrace a lighter, more peaceful way of being. It’s time to move beyond what was and open the door to what can be.
