In order to assist friends who are just beginning their standing meditation practice to stay committed effectively, I will be hosting an online Zoom standing meditation review session on Sunday morning 8:30 AM PT

The group practice will include the following:

  • Q&A session
  • Group practice with posture correction/feedback
  • Additional breathing and relaxation techniques

Schedule:
8:20 AM - Q&A session begins
8:30 AM - Muscle relaxation and full-body scanning relaxation technique
8:40 AM - Group practice 20 minutes plus closing.
