Wellbeing Walk & Woodland Meditation
Take a mindful break and reconnect with nature on our monthly wellbeing walk. We'll begin by meeting at Sancta Bookshop Cafe, where you can grab a warm drink and settle in before we set off. Our walk will take us to a peaceful wooded area nearby, where we’ll pause for a guided meditation session among the trees—perfect for grounding yourself and finding calm.
After the meditation, we'll continue the walk with a new sense of vitality before heading back to the cafe for a chance to reflect, chat, or simply unwind in good company. This walk is focused on relaxation and presence, not pace, however due to the nature of the Otley Chevin, there are some quite steep inclines and uneven ground in parts, think forest floor and hillside gradient. The distance will be approximately 3-4 miles.

Come as you are—comfortable clothes and an open heart are all you need.
