Meditative Philosophy [Tackle Mental noise]
Details
Agenda:
1. Philosophy brief class: How our thoughts operate in our mind and the importance to observe them.
2. Basic Hatha Yoga postures: we'll do some basic Hatha Yoga postures to channel energy trough our body and setup the intention for the session. Is a good way to prepare our brain and focus in the activity.
3. Meditation: we'll put the focus on the sensorial inmersion with special attention on breathing. Lastly we'll perform a visualization exercise.
4. Homework: special tasks to reinforce what you learned on the session. Will be shared trough WhatssApp Group:
