The Turkish cuisine is considered to be one of the richest kitchens in the world. So let's meet and Learn the secrets of preparing traditional, authentic Turkish dishes and enjoy a delicious meal as we take you on a journey through the Kitchens of Anatolia.
These cooking class will be held the first or second Saturday of each month from 4pm to 6pm.
The registration fee is $15 per person/per class*. The fee includes all food, cooking utensils, instruction and a full meal to eat following class (no little samples or bites here :) ).
When you register for three classes and pay up front your fourth class is free. The registration fee can be paid by personal check or cash. Please make checks payable to Pacifica Institute.
