Dear Friends, we are delighted to say Now you have the opportunity to prepare cuisine from around the world with native chefs that are passionate about their craft. Our next class is dedicated to our Bosnian friends! On January 19th Saturday from 4 to 6 pm. Please join us to discover Bosnia-Herzegovinian cuisine and have the opportunity to learn the secrets to preparing succulent homemade meals under the guidance of a Bosnian chef. Get hands-on in the kitchen as you learn to make tasty Bosnian ‘burek’ pastries, and Bosnian soup. Finally, sit down to feast on home cooked food, accompanied by Turkish Tea.

Due to its geographical position and history, Bosnian cuisine is similar to the cuisines of Turkey, Greece, and other Mediterranean countries, but the influence of European cuisines.
