Please join us on February 23rd at 4 pm. to cook another healthy Turkish recipes. Will be preparing a feast of recipes as below: Chicken Pilav (Tavuklu Pilaf), Ladyfingers Cake (Kedidili Pasta), and Salad.
Rice, pilaf form a very important part of Turkish cuisine; Turks like to have rice for at least one meal every day. The cooking of rice is regarded as an art (and traditionally an important test for the bride-to-be to master before marriage!); the grains must be soft but still have a bite to them.
A very family friendly, delicious and easy to make all in one main course. Once cooked, you can serve with salad or plain yogurt and roasted pine nuts.
