I'm excited to invite you to our next pop-up dining experience, taking place on Friday, April 24th at 18:00, in the cozy setting of our home.
Location: Vrijburcht, Pedro de Medinalaan 160, 1086 XZ Amsterdam.
Theme: “Plant-Based Nonna”
This time, we’re inspired by casalinga, a term referring to classic Mediterranean home-style cooking. Think of the kind of comforting spring dishes your nonna might make, reimagined with a fully plant-based approach.
To keep the atmosphere intimate, this event will be smaller and more low-key than our last, with a maximum of 12 guests.
Menu highlights (buffet-style, €25): Savory vegetable tarts, cannellini bean purée with bruschetta, root vegetable soup, and apple crumble with pear cream.
Fresh ingredients will be again sourced from the local organic farm Groenhartig.
