Demo Day - Saveranke Forest with Rick!

Come learn a brand new game taught by Rick May!

Rick will be here teaching this brand-new game. Copies will be available to attendees at a discount. While this event does not include Play Space, you are welcome to stay and play (see details below).

About the game:
Autumn is coming to an end in the Savernake Forest… Help the animals gather and store food for the winter! Savernake forest is a game where 2-4 players build their own section of the forest with paths where animals and food will appear. To get the highest score, players must ensure that on each path the animals can collect their favorite food.

With dreamy art, Savernake Forest offers a perfect balance between fun and strategy that makes it perfect for any type of playgroup. Family and friends will have a great time helping the animals of the forest while trying to make the most of their paths to reach the highest score. Stroll through Savernake in the fall and be swept away by the enchantment of its wildlife!

Open Play Saturday
Along with the Demo event, there will be open play (RSVP not needed) on Saturday. We have a huge shelf of games ready for you to try. Looking for a specific game? Let us know and we'll do our best to have it available. New to gaming? Don't worry, we're a friendly bunch and we'll have you relaxing with new friends and fun games in no time.

Due to us being a registered food establishment, we ask that you not bring outside food or drinks. We have sodas (craft and common), tea (hot and cold), water (sparkling and flat), and coffee (leaded and unleaded) available. We also have a selection of gourmet treats for you to try. We plan to expand the menu as fast as we can with beer & wine, as well as more hearty fare.

Please note, there is a $5 (plus tax) per person charge to play (purchase at the store). You'll have access to a clean play space, a great game library of hundreds of games, and a fun evening! Memberships are available for flat-rate gaming - ask Jon at the event. You are welcome to bring your own favorite game, but please leave game bags in your vehicle - we have limited space.
