Catan Night with Dennis

One of the most recognized modern board games, Catan has won countless awards worldwide. Learn to play with Dennis, as you embark on a quest to settle the isle of Catan!

What's it about?
After a long voyage, your tired crew finally reaches the shores of an uncharted island. But wait, you are not the only discoverer! Looking to your left and right, you see other explorers as they leap off their boats, onto the sandy shore. The race is on. Explore the harbors and regions that lie before you - pastures, fields, mountains, hills, forests and deserts. As you begin to collect resources, you must trade them carefully. Be cunning, but beware! As your resources begin building roads, settlements and cities, others are building too. Someone might cut you off from building your empire, or perhaps the robber will steal your fist full of resources. Be the first to claim victory in Catan!

Dennis will be on hand all evening to teach and play through with you. Learn how to manage cards and resource as you roll the dice in this fun adventure. Catan is a classic game you'll want to play again and again.

New to gaming? Don't worry, we're a friendly bunch and we'll have you relaxing with new friends and fun games in no time. If you have more than 3 guests, we ask that others in your group RSVP themselves in Meetup.

Due to us being a registered food establishment, please do not bring outside food or drinks. We have sodas (craft and common), tea (hot and cold), water (sparkling and flat), and coffee (leaded and unleaded) available. And we have a selection of beer, cider and wine. You'll also find a small menu of cafe items from chicken nuggets to pretzels.

Please note, there is a $5 (plus tax) per person charge to play, but you'll have access to a clean play space, a great game library of hundreds of games, and a fun time! Memberships are available for flat-rate gaming - ask Jon at the event. You are welcome to bring your own favorite game, but please leave game bags in your vehicle - we have limited space.
