Learn / Play Pinochle at Meeple Movers Board Game Cafe

Master the melds, take the tricks, and learn a classic. Pinochle is a beloved classic card game, but if you've never played before, the unique deck and specialized rules can feel a little intimidating to learn on your own. That's exactly where Amanda and Dennis come in! And for those that already know it - sit down and start playing!

What exactly is Pinochle? It’s a strategic, partnership-based card game played with a special 48-card deck. The game is played in two fun phases: first, you score points by putting together specific combinations of cards from your hand (called "melding"), and then you try to win cards from your opponents (called "taking tricks"). It’s a fantastic mix of teamwork, strategy, and a little bit of luck!

Join us at Meeple Movers for a beginner-friendly evening entirely dedicated to learning this classic card game. Whether you've always wanted to play or just need a gentle refresher, Amanda will walk you through everything step-by-step.
