1.5-Hour HIGHLY INTERACTIVE (SMALL) GROUP COACHING FOR START-UP FOUNDERS & ENTREPRENEURS

So, you've started your own business, have an idea for a start-up, managed to get funding or have run your small business for a while. You know very well that especially in today's extreme volatility, you need to learn how to grow your business effectively, stay relevant in the future, and drive sufficient revenue to make it through potential dry spells.

The question of how to grow, however, cuts much deeper than what meets the eye. And the way you go about answering it can determine whether you will:

• survive or bleed out over time.
• thrive or burn-out as a business leader.
• enjoy your growth journey or drag along.

Additionally, the question of how to grow your business entails psychological components just as much as strategic and hands-on business aspects.

This meet-up series is designed to collaboratively work on an authentic growth strategy for your start-up or small business. You will work together with an experienced growth, innovation, and behavior specialist as much as with peers.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS BI-WEEKLY MEET-UP IS TO:

• Design authentic growth strategies that work for your business.
• Determine which business ideas can work for you and which ones not.
• Understand your limiting and driving psychological factors.
• Discover your purpose, success factors, and values.
• Learn to set smart-goals and milestones.
• Work with savvy growth, innovation, & org. behavior specialists.
• Find a support group of peers and experts.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

This Meet-Up/Small Group Coaching will take place bi-weekly. After a check-in, we will talk about struggles you are currently facing and discover ways of how to deal with them. Additionally, there will be a set of varying exercises each week that help you discover what makes you tick and how to develop the best growth strategy for your business over time. Each session is designed as a stand-alone unit. In other words, you can attend one session only or RSVP on a regular basis. Each and every meet-up/coaching session will help you gain relevant insights and develop crucial skills as an entrepreneur, small business, or start-up owner.

YOUR INVESTMENT:

The financial investment for this interactive group coaching is $25. However, just like with any other coaching, you only get out of it what you put in. Please come prepared to share your business purpose and future plans in a safe environment. Also, be prepared to accept feedback from the coach as much as from your peers.

Please note that this is a supportive Meet-Up and Coaching event. We will go over some ground rules at the beginning of each meeting. Participants who refuse to go by these rules may be asked to leave and/or denied access to future ones.

    No, this is a group coaching session. The goal is to empower you to find your own answers, strategies, and future plans. Another goal is to provide an opportunity to learn from peers.
