With the Christmas celebration approaching and the year coming to a close, we’re taking the chance to continue our 𝘾𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙥 𝙞𝙣 𝙕ü𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙝, a simple, cosy gathering where people from all walks of life come together.

Different backgrounds, different personalities, different stories… and one shared intention: to connect as human beings.

There are no expectations ✨
No pressure 💆‍♂️
And no rules 🚫📏

Just a safe space where everyone can show up exactly as they are 🤗

Our aim is to build a community 👫🏻 👬🏽 👭🏿 where we can rely on each other without obligation, yet with the quiet certainty that we are supported. A place where we recognise the wisdom, strength, and inner power each of us carries and how sharing that with others can help us all grow.

Alongside our casual conversations, we often include small exercises or short nuggets of wisdom offered by members of the community, nothing heavy, always optional, simply little gifts to enrich the moment.

This time, we’re bringing two powerful experiences to spark your mind and energise your body:

🧘‍♀️ Judit will kick us off with her wisdom as a long-time yogi.
She’ll guide us through better breathing, releasing tension, and simple techniques to create calm in the middle of everyday chaos.

🏃🏿‍♂️Michael will follow with mindful movement and energising exercises.
Together, we’ll explore our limits to unlock a clearer vision and a stronger sense of personal leadership.

And because we love celebrating life together, we’ll also have a small surprise 🎁✨
