With the new year unfolding and fresh energy in the air, we’re taking the chance to continue our 𝘾𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙥 𝙞𝙣 𝙕ü𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙝, a simple, cosy gathering where people from all walks of life come together.

This time, we’re bringing two focused inputs to share practical insights on LinkedIn visibility and networking in the Swiss job market:

🔍 Joel will open the conversation with an inside perspective from many years in executive search. He’ll briefly explain how recruiters actually work, how candidates are identified, what makes someone visible, and what really matters when it comes to LinkedIn profiles in the Swiss market.

🌐 Silvia will then share practical guidance on networking and LinkedIn, with a clear focus on Switzerland. How to build visibility authentically, how to approach networking without pressure, and how to position yourself in a way that feels aligned and effective.
