With the new year unfolding and fresh energy in the air, weโre taking the chance to continue our ๐พ๐ค๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ฅ ๐๐ฃ ๐รผ๐ง๐๐๐, a simple, cosy gathering where people from all walks of life come together.
Different backgrounds, different personalities, different storiesโฆ and one shared intention: to connect as human beings.

Our aim is to build a community ๐ซ๐ป ๐ฌ๐ฝ ๐ญ๐ฟ where we can rely on each other without obligation, yet with the quiet certainty that we are supported. A place where we recognise the wisdom, strength, and inner power each of us carries and how sharing that with others can help us all grow.
Alongside our casual conversations, we often include small exercises or short nuggets of wisdom offered by members of the community, nothing heavy, always optional, simply little gifts to enrich the moment.
This time, Julianne will guide us through a short grounding meditation and a simple color exercise to help us connect with our emotions and express them visually. No artistic experience needed.
