Pink Moon Hike 🍧🌸 NEW LOCATION AND ROUTE!

Hey y'all! WE ARE MAKING SOME CHANGES TO THIS MONTH'S HIKE! We’re heading out for a hike along the Shoal Creek Trail from 34th Street to Pease Park and back — a scenic 5.0-mile loop at an easy pace and with a stop half-way to visit the famous Austin Troll Malin and the Treehouse in Pease Park. 🌅✨
🕯️ Bring a light source (headlamp or flashlight) — and don’t forget your water bottle to stay hydrated!

Why Is it called the Pink Moon?

📍 Meeting Point: the southern portion of the parking lot for Spec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods 1500 W 35th Street Austin TX 78703*. Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/r89bSG5ZU65HLhpT8

🗺️ Hike Route:
We’ll start at the parking lot at the south end of the Spec's building, between the building and 34th Street. Please park in this area or if it is full, behind the store on Mills Avenue.
We’ll continue south along the historic Shoal Creek Trail to Pease Park where we can take a break and head back to our parking area. This is an out-and-back so if you do not want to hike the entire trail you can turn back and follow the trail back to your car.
