Welcome to our Meet and Train group on Meetup.com! The best way to start the day is to move so with that in mind I thought wouldn’t it be nice to have some company whilst doing that early in the morning . This is exercise for enjoyment not competition This is the coming together of the ‘early birds’ to have a reason to get moving with purpose and intent . This will be a no pressure meet up where you can run/jog with others new or newish to slow running/ jogging . The main focus is to build a routine to promote well being and camaraderie with like-minded individuals.
