Let's meet, chat and laugh in Potters Bar! We're building a community of people from our town and surrounding areas who want to make connections and feel a sense of belonging to something local, meaningful and fun. Potters Bar is growing and changing in interesting ways, and it certainly deserves its own Meetup group, so join up and let's put Potters Bar on the map!

What to expect?
Connection and fun.
I'll organise a few gentle ice breakers to get things going but otherwise you'll be free to relax and make new friends in your own time.It doesn't matter what age or stage you're at, or what your background is, this group welcomes everyone.
As you can see this is a new group, but that means you can get in at the start and not feel like you're joining something where everyone already knows each other!
Feel free to bring a friend or two, even if they're not on meet-up, you can add up to three extra tickets to your order.
Where?
The venue is the beautiful Old Manor pub in Potters Bar. Dating back to the 13th century, the building is the surviving part of an old manor house.
We’ll be in the space at the top of the stairs called ‘The Eaves’. Ask at the bar if you can't find us!Address: The Old Manor, Wyllyotts Place, Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 2JD.
By train: the nearest station is Potters Bar (a four minute walk to the venue) with fast train links from Finsbury Park and Kings Cross as well as Welwyn Garden City and Cambridge.
By car: there’s lots of parking including: the pub's car park; free on-street parking after 6.30 on Darkes Lane; and an underground car park (pay and display) opposite the pub (under Wyllyotts theatre).
