History walk - women of Norwich.

Women have been crucial to the history of Norwich, despite their roles often being unappreciated.
This tour, led by Dr Chris Joby, tells the story of some of these women and their contributions to the history of Norwich.

Meet by St Lawrence's steps on St Benedict's, by the church. Contact me if you're not sure where this is!

We will walk from here to the cathedral, visiting places associated with Edith Cavell, Amelia Opie, Elizabeth Fry, Sarah Glover, Mary Chapman, and many more.

We will finish with refreshments at The Maid's Head Hotel near the cathedral.

Please wear suitable footwear.

The cost is £5 each - £1 of this will be for group funds.
