Connect with nature, relax, meditate, spend time with like minded friends, share knowledge, feel the positive energy & return home refreshed.
Bring your floor chair, or matt. Sit next to any member. Introduce yourself to members next to you. Wait for the first bell to ring. Start meditating by relaxing, closing your eyes and focusing on your breath. Second bell will be rang after 30 minutes to make a circle to start members’ introduction and business cards sharing. Followed by roundtable discussion.
