VSO - Symphony at Sunset

Date: Saturday, July 5th
Meeting time: 6:15pm
Meeting Place: Front entrance of Vancouver Aquatic Centre (1050 Beach Ave.)

Come out for the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra's free Symphony at Sunset. There is a prelude performance at 6:40pm by The School of Music, and the main performance by the symphony will be at 8pm.

Things to note:

1. It's on a grassy area, so bring a blanket or something to sit on. People will chairs may need to sit in the back, but I can't remember if there is a hard rule about it.
2. The washroom may be open, or there may be porta potties.
3. There is a concession stand at Sunset Beach, but you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks (no alcoholic drinks allowed at this beach).
4. Bring layers of clothes just in case.

I will be wearing a beige fedora hat, I have black glasses and a black backpack. I will stay at the Aquatic Centre until 6:25pm to wait for people and then head down to Sunset Beach to look for a spot to sit.
