Sacramento Extra Life and Galaxy Game Cafe are coming together to host an official CATAN Tournament. Please note that new this year:

The US CATAN National Championship will now become a 16-player tournament. This change goes into effect for the 2025-2026 season. Individual local qualifier winners are eligible to compete in their Regional Preliminary. Players qualify for the US CATAN National Championship by finishing in the top 4 at a Regional Preliminary.

Winning this local event will get you an entry to a Regional Preliminary. We will have 3 preliminary rounds and move directly to a 4-person Final Table following the Preliminary Rounds (unless player count exceeds 28 players at which point a semi-final round will take place before finals).
