Welcome to Meet Your Highest Self.
This session is about understanding the gap between how you currently operate and the version of you that moves with clarity and doesn’t second-guess.
We’ll work through stillness, structured prompts, and a simple exercise to help you notice where hesitation, doubt, and overthinking are interfering with your decisions.
This is not about imagining a better version of yourself.
It’s about observing what’s already happening within you—and what needs to shift.
What we don’t do: judge or give advice.
Bring whatever feels unclear—hesitation, fear, resistance.
Just come willing to look at it directly and work through it.
Who This Is For
If you’re tired of second-guessing yourself, this is for you.
If you struggle to trust your own decisions, this is for you.
If you feel there’s a clearer way to operate but can’t seem to access it consistently, this is for you.
What to Bring
Something to sit on (mat, cushion, etc.)
Be comfortable sitting on the floor—it helps you stay present and focused.
(No yoga in this session.)

Please arrive at least 10 min ahead of time so we can start and end without delays.

There is plenty of free parking around the building but if you park near Kelly’s Boutique, I will be able to direct you to the venue more easily from there.
