We think we can recognize intuition.
But very often, fear sounds convincing, anxiety feels urgent, and overthinking disguises itself as “being careful.”

And in the process, we miss out on actual warning signs our intuition has been trying to give us all along.

In this interactive session, we break down the difference between mental chatter, emotional reaction, impulse, and actual inner knowing.
Through live discussion, real-time examples, and a simple guided exercise, we’ll explore:

  • how intuition actually shows up
  • why people miss or override it
  • how fear and overthinking distort clarity
  • and why some decisions feel “off” even when they make sense logically

You’ll be participating, observing, questioning, and testing your own patterns in real time.

This session is for you if: you often find yourself questioning your instincts, you often come across people who question your instincts and you don’t know how to answer or if you think you’ve been misguided by your intuition.

You won’t leave with a formula.
You’ll leave more aware of how your internal signals actually work.

What to Bring
Something to sit on (mat, cushion, etc.)
Be comfortable sitting on the floor—it helps you stay present and focused.
(No yoga in this session.)

Please arrive at least 10 min ahead of time so we can start and end without delays.

There is plenty of free parking around the building but if you park near Kelly’s Boutique, I will be able to direct you to the venue more easily from there.
