This fall/autumn, meet your kind self by embracing the art of giving your mind a break. Take a step on the path to discovering new tools to use in your daily life to cultivate mental agility and resilience. Embark on this 8 week mindfulness course (plus one retreat class) from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.

  • Please note: this is an 8 week course that meets weekly (plus the retreat class) from 6 October - 15 December (there is no class on 27 Oct or 3 Nov).

To register: please rsvp on Meetup and complete the google form. The registration deadline is 4 October.

Once you've registered via the google form, I will contact you to have a brief chat, and I will send you the invoice (11euros/hour*) and a zoom link for the course. Then, you're all set!

*Although the course is shown at the above rate of 11 euros/hour, the course will be invoiced for the full amount, which is 200 euros.
