Breathwork has been around for thousands of years, and we still use it today to help us. It can help us with our emotional, mental and physical well being. This is your time to take care of yourself.

In this session, we will have a 5-10 minute introduction, 50-60 minutes of active breathing and a 5-10 minute sharing/closing. Don't worry, I will explain the technique in a clear way. It's easy. The breath will do all the work.

This is conscious connected breathing. It's beautiful because every time will be different, and it will be very different for each person.
