Welcome to Meeting Setbacks with Compassion!

Life brings challenges — in health, relationships, work, or simply the unexpected turns of everyday living. This group offers a safe, supportive space to approach those setbacks with kindness, mindfulness, and compassion.

Guided by Benaz, our online gatherings weave together meditation, reflection, and open-hearted discussion. The intention is not to “fix” what has happened, but to meet it with understanding — transforming setbacks into opportunities for growth, resilience, peace, and happiness.

You don’t need prior experience with meditation or mindfulness to join us. Simply bring your willingness to pause, breathe, and connect. Whether you’re facing a difficult moment or simply want to strengthen compassion in daily life, you are welcome here.

Together, we learn to soften self-judgment, open to inner peace, and discover that setbacks can be doorways to deeper freedom.
