What we’re about
This group is designed to connect you with private investors who may act as angel investors to fund your business—whether it's a startup, established company, tech venture, medical practice, food business, or film project.
We'll do this in two ways:
- we have a strategy to help you build your network of potential investors which involves going out to events, and
- we'll discuss the art of meeting investors and securing investment.
We'll place a large emphasis on posting about other events happening around the city in this group and organizing group outings to attend them, along with our own discussions.
Our approach doesn't involve quick pitching or asking for money at the first meeting. Instead, we focus on attending networking events and meeting people through personal conversations—like a normal, respectful person who values their business's success would.
Through this group, we hope to form a subgroup of people interested in meeting in person, masterminding together, and supporting and motivating each other.
