Travel Dates
Start Date: Every weekend (Friday Evening 3.30pm)
End Date: (Monday at 11.30am)
(2 days/ 1 Night )

Trek Level: Easy to Medium

Itinerary:

Day 1 - Friday:
->Departure from the origin city in the evening 3.30pm by sleeper train.
(Don’t worry we will do the reservations for you. This is on US!)

Day 2 - Saturday:
->8:00 AM - Reach Hubli
->8:30 AM - Get into Non AC hired bus/ tempo
->9:30 AM - Stop at restaurant freshen up and finish breakfast(No Bath)
->Proceed to Vibuthi Waterfalls .
-> Reach vibuthi falls around 10:30am and start hike to falls(it's 30min Hikes)(Dress Changing option is available for female travellers )
-> Move on to Murdeshwar Temple and in between finish lunch.
-> Reach Murudeshwar around 04:30pm and Visit temple.
->Finish Dinner at Murudeshwar & Move to the stay(either Room stay or Tent Stay).
-> Check into the stay and freshnup.
->Some fun activities in the night with WOW people

Day 3 - Sunday:
-> 5:00 AM - Wake up call
->Explore all 04 beaches on foot - Start trek from Belekan Beach-Paradise - Half Moon - OM Beach.
-> Finish Breakfast
-> Proceed to Hubli .
->Finish lunch in between
->Reach Hubli and board the train
Reach your origin on Monday morning

(Non AC Mini Vehicle for 02 Days)

ACCOMMODATION:

->Separate for Men & Women- Room stay(dorm stay- 2,3,4,5&6 Sharing--------) or Camping Tents(double sharing or Triple sharing Basis).
(If couples, inform us on call )
NOTE : STAY – Stay is typical Dorm stay.Our facility will have Nice Tents/Dorms with Basic Washrooms! Accommodation is Separate for men & Women.

Team MOW reserves the right to capture your photograph and use on social media
(if any issues let us know we ensure to not capture you)

Important Note :
Team MOW reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or cancel the planned schedule.

Cancellations and Postponements by Organizer(s):

MOW may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travelers or due to external factors which are beyond our control, such as political situations, natural hazards, cancellation of public transports, etc.,
The organizers will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded.

Cancellations policy by the traveler (YOU)
If you cancel 48 hours before the date of the event:
No refund would be provided.
Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same
No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time
For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
If you cancel 3-6 days before the date of the event:
50 % of the actual amount of the trek. (Payment gateway charges will be deducted).
