The objective of agile teams is to deliver value to customers in short intervals. We tend to focus on the iterations of teams, to determine effectiveness, however there are many more aspects to consider.
Delay occurs on all levels of agile product development. From ideation and prioritisation, to scaling to more teams, definitions of ready and done, managing quality and technical debt to name a few. We'll explore each of these and may have some surprising insights.
