In this talk, a Swiss military officer challenges the traditional idea of command and control, and reveals how communication can turn routine work into a mission people truly care about.

We always welcome guests. If you come for the first time, we encourage you to arrive at 18:45 so that we can explain to you how things run and help you participate. The official meeting starts at 19:00. You can start by improvising, or even by taking a role.
